Who We Are

Hands On Therapy was started in 2007 as a way for three occupational therapists to serve in school systems. Today we provide PT, OT and SLP services to over 20 Kentucky counties and school systems. Alison, Lea and Tiffany together have over 40 years of experience in the field of occupational therapy.

  • Lea Morgan

    Lea Morgan, graduated EKU in 1997, and has practiced OT in a variety of settings. Early in her career Lea worked with patients with spinal cord injuries, but she has been working primarily in the school setting since 2003. She is married to Scott Morgan and they have four children.

  • Alison Buchanan

    Alison Buchanan, graduated EKU in 2001, serving in a variety of settings and has been in school systems since 2004. She is married to Bucky Buchanan and they have 3 children. Alison is a breast cancer survivor and has been cancer free since 2009.

  • Tiffany Bourget

    Tiffany Bourget, graduated EKU in 2003, doing occupational therapy in head injury rehab. Now, she has been an OT for Kentucky schools since 2007. She is married to Levi Bourget, our business manager, and has four children.
